The Libyan International Telecommunication Company is keen to establish the principle of transparency in transactions as well as the principle of good faith in dealing to be a source of confidence in dealing with the parties when contracting. The company has prepared this acknowledgment to confirm the validity of the data and documents submitted by suppliers and companies wishing to deal with Libyan International Telecommunications Company as well as the importance of disclosing the existence of a relationship with one of the employees of the company to exclude the employee from direct or indirect contact with regard to contracting with the developed companies In order to avoid conflicts of interest between employees of the Libyan International Telecommunications Company and suppliers and companies wishing to deal with them.
